As a Country Manager you will be at the frontline of opening up a new region for business. You will have to build and lead a team to replicate a working business model while making necessary changes to adapt to the new market.

You will have to recruit and train a network of real estate agents while creating a positive culture in a fast growing company (250% YoY).
